Marissa has been struggling with her mental health and looking for outlets to help herself. She attends a partial program after school three days a week and has been able to make good connections with her therapist and other youth in the program. At times, Marissa gets very angry and has a hard time expressing this or working through her emotions. Her therapist has talked with her about being more active and finding ways to get her anger out when she doesn't feel like talking or doesn't know how to express herself. Marissa has asked for a punching bag as she would like to try boxing to help with her anger.
