This month, Sumaya attempted to apply for food stamps, as she is always in need of support with food costs, but she was unexpectedly denied. She relies on this to help feed herself and her baby, but she needs extra assistance. Enough to buy groceries for two people for a couple of weeks would help immensely. This request was split into 2 parts. This is wish 1 of 2.
Sumaya is 23 years old and lives in NJ
Sumaya is a dedicated individual who is currently pursuing her studies in criminal justice while also working as an optometrist's assistant. Balancing her educational and professional commitments, she remains a loving mother, striving to provide for her family. Having aged out of DCPP services, she navigates her challenges with resilience, receiving very little support along the way. Her hard work and determination reflect her commitment to building a better future for herself and her children.
