Summer is really hoping to find a gorgeous bird bath that she can place near her flower garden. She's looking for something that comes with a flower planter and a solar light, because she thinks it would be so pretty and attract lots of birds for her to watch. She's really excited about the idea of being able to plant flowers, fill up the bird bath with water, and then relax while she does a bit of bird watching. It's something that she thinks would bring her so much joy!
Summer is 18 years old and lives in NC
Summer loves to smile and be around her sisters. She is medically fragile and has lots of special needs, and it takes a very special family to care for her. Unfortunately, she has had many surgeries and medical needs due to the trauma and abuse she previously suffered. Summer has come so far since entering foster care, but still requires a constant high level of care and support.
