Kyon loves to play in the water and usually spends time at his grandparents' house during summer. They have a pool in their yard, but Kyon has outgrown his floating device from last year. This wish is for a floating device that can grow with him as he has not learned how to swim yet and needs it for safety. If this wish is granted, Kyon can play in the water safely.

Kyon is a bright young boy who has lived with his grandparents for the first part of his life. Kyon's mother is very young and decided that it is best to place him with other family members to adopt. He loves to watch Mickey Mouse and play in the dog's water bowl.
