Tray wishes for a bubble blower so he can have a blast dancing in bubbles. This will bring him so much fun and joy. He will have a great time playing outside with bubbles and enjoy a lot of outdoor playtime.
Tray is 3 years old and lives in NC
Tray is a sweet little fellow who has been through a lot in his short life. He has already undergone heart surgery, eats through a g-tube and is learning how to eat. It looks like he will be in long-term foster care placement. He is starting to make progress and show much improvement because of the commitment and dedication his foster family has shown. He loves being talked to, cuddling his silky blanket, and being rocked.
