Shelby is looking forward to attending a national pageant, but participating can be costly just to be registered and doesn't include her outfits or other needs! This support can help Shelby with her registration fees so she can keep on smiling and building her value and confidence in herself. Shelby is asking for help with her registration fees so she can take part in this competition! Shelby found her love for pageants in that she, even at 9, noticed an increase in her self-confidence. She competed in her second pageant in the spring of 2024 and received her bid to nationals! Help her get to her national competition in July!

Shelby is a young lady who has had many hard times in her foster care journey. Through her foster parent, she has found her confidence and passion through pageants! Shelby has a bright smile that lights up a room!
