**Today only, wishes that have been waiting longer than 30 days to be granted are just $25!** Citlally is looking forward to summer and would like to prepare ahead of time by selecting some stylish outfits to flaunt her fashion sense. She wants to take a trip to Ross for some summer clothes to wrap up the school year in style and is excited about feeling confident and comfortable while hanging out with friends. This wish was broken into two parts to allow for an amazing shopping experience. This is wish 2 of 2.
Citlally is 14 years old and lives in TX
Citlally is an amazing young lady in foster care who has overcome more obstacles than most people her age should have to face. She is a true girly girl at heart—bubbly and vibrant. Citlally is excelling in school and has made new friends. In her words, "Who wouldn't want to be my friend?" She says this with the biggest smile on her face.
