During this time, though, Briana has faced hardships in maintaining financial stability and is currently in need of household supplies such as bath products, cleaning products, and kitchen supplies.

Briana faced adversities in going into foster care due to violence and tragedies of mental health in her family. She has persevered through those struggles and today serves on the board of directors for Stepping Forward and has dedicated her life to speaking and advocacy work in non-profit spaces for youth in care.
