Cecilia loves puzzles. They keep her busy, entertained and add a little quiet time to her day, all while still keeping her mind fresh and stimulated. She is so excited for a new puzzle so she can meet new doggie friends! Granting this wish will put a big smile on her face.

Cecilia has the heart and spirit of a younger girl. She loves anything that sparkles, gets excited about puzzles, and cares oh-so-deeply for animals. Cecilia hasn't had much delight come her way and thus gets so excited when others treat her to special gifts and surprises! She is imaginative, curious, and, through it all, still holds onto hope. What a resilient kiddo!
