Durable backpack for Richard to use for traveling to various restaurants for work

Richard is thrilled to be working as a cook at a chain restaurant and saving money. He's required to work at different restaurant locations and uses public transportation to commute, which sometimes takes over 2 hours each way. He doesn't mind the long commute but he really needs a backpack to carry a change of clothes and shoes. Currently, he uses a cloth bag, but he worries that the handle might rip. Having a new backpack would greatly improve Richard's commute.
Richard is 19 years old and lives in NJ
Richard speaks Spanish and is currently taking ESL classes. He is interested in working and obtaining his GED, and he also wants to learn a trade to help set himself up for success. He shared that his biggest dream is to work hard and earn enough money to take care of his family in Guatemala, as well as to provide financial support and donations to the children in his village.
