William has been working really hard to complete his education goals. Last semester, he completed his first full-time college enrollment. He is enrolled full-time for the summer and plans to continue until he graduates. However, he is using public transportation, which can be inconsistent. Having a bike means he can easily get himself there on his own. He wants to work and has several places nearby, but it would be easier if he had a quicker way to get there. William is not at a point right now where he can have a car but still needs a more reliable way to get where he needs to so he can continue to be independent.
