This is Ruthie's first home and the first time having her own bedroom. She is proud of how far she has come and she would take pride in personalizing her space. She would like to purchase a few decorative items for her room that represent her by having her favorite colors represented in her space, including a bed comforter, candles, a small area rug, and artwork for the walls. These items will help Ruthie make her new place feel like home as she will now have a place to return to study while pursuing her nursing program, as well as a place to start her fashion design business! This wish has been split into two parts to help Ruthie have a great shopping spread. This is wish 2 of 2.
Ruthie is 19 years old and lives in CA
Ruthie is a survivor of human trafficking, is amazing, and has grown so much! Ruthie recently moved into her first apartment after living in group homes since she was 14. Now she is enrolled in a nursing program. She commutes over an hour each way using the train and works at a stadium during concerts and sports events. She's very focused and determined to create a better life for herself. Her goal is to become a nurse anesthesiologist, and she would also like to have a fashion design business on the side. Ruthie is very artistic and creative and enjoys painting!
