An air conditioner to help Eowyn beat the heat in her new apartment

Eowyn is getting ready to move into a new apartment. This is great, but the building is very old and does not have air conditioning. It was already sweltering when she visited the space. Since she'll need to spend some time indoors for her online summer classes, Eowyn would appreciate an air conditioner to keep the place safe and cool for herself and the cat that she rescued.
Eowyn is 20 years old and lives in NY
Eowyn has moved frequently between different foster homes and she is happy to finally be in college and have her own space. She is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Wildlife Management and is eager to fulfill her lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian. She specifically wants to be a vet for wildlife or exotics. Eowyn loves animals and her volunteer experiences include animal shelters, caring for a cat colony, and looking after reptiles at her high school.
