Jacob is celebrating his birthday in a new foster home. His summer clothes were lost in the shuffle during the move between homes. He would be thrilled to have a shopping spree to purchase new, comfortable, functional summer wear for his birthday!
Jacob is 15 years old and lives in ME
Jacob is a dynamic young man who loves basketball, reading books, card games, and all things science and building, He enjoys exploring nature, exchanging playing cards, and being around other people. Living in foster care has been hard for him and he has been in and out of crisis several times but he continues to have a good attitude. Jacob is a kind-hearted and thoughtful child! He shares his kind heart with the world by helping other children in the facility.
