Kandy, 20 years old, PA

Kandy is such a delightful young lady who is learning how to live independently and take care of her own apartment, which is pretty impressive. She's doing really great in school and has a passion for both drawing and exercising.

Kandy is a teenage mom in foster care who is in need of a supply of baby wipes for her child. She takes responsibility for caring for her child and is becoming a better mom every day. These wipes will be a big help to her.
