Valery is turning 17 soon, and a trip to Ulta would be the perfect birthday gift for her. She loves makeup, and doing makeup and hair with her foster mom is a special activity that helps them bond. However, her foster mom is unable to spend extra money on her birthday. A trip to Ulta would allow Valery to pick out some new makeup, which would make her birthday extra special.
Valery is 17 years old and lives in NE
Valery is a joy to be around. She works extremely hard, is very intelligent, and has a dream of joining the Air Force some day and working in the medical field. Valery is bilingual and loves volunteering at her church by helping other families who are still struggling to learn the English language.
