Alecia lives in a small two-room space with nine people. Having a TV in the room she shares with five foster sisters would be a huge blessing, especially during the summer months when they spend most of their time indoors. Alecia spends a lot of time at home after transitioning from a residential treatment center and is enjoying socializing with her peers and foster family. She loves watching Disney movies like "The Descendants" and other musicals. This TV would allow her to independently choose appropriate programs for the first time, with some supervision, and help her form connections and shared interests with her peers.
