Jeremiah is currently spending lots of respite time with a new foster family. He would like to spend more time with them doing things as a family because he eventually would like to move in with them as a potential adoptive mom and dad. He has requested a day of rock climbing as his next adventure with them so he can show off his skills as they continue to get to know each other!
Jeremiah is 6 years old and lives in ME
Jeremiah is a loving and happy boy in foster care who loves dinosaurs and playing outside with his many foster siblings. He has been making great strides at school and home, especially on a farm with children his age. Jeremiah will need eye surgery to correct his vision-- but that does not stop him from playing, climbing, and tending to the animals with his friends and family. Jeremiah went through significant physical abuse and neglect in his young life, yet that has not dampened his joy and zest for life. It is inspiring to see Jeremiah grow brighter and healthier every day!
