Leydy is currently working very hard to apply for jobs for the summer. She is a responsible and mature young lady. She would like a Ross gift card to be able to buy some new clothes and shoes to wear to job interviews. Granting this wish would allow her to look and feel her best while working hard to secure employment. This request has been split into two wishes to allow for a great shopping trip! This is wish 1 of 2.
Leydy is 17 years old and lives in AZ
Leydy arrived in the United States from Guatemala 2.5 years ago without her parents. She has worked hard since then to learn English, make friends, and get her education. Leydy plays trumpet in the school band and enjoys playing soccer during her free time. She loves her family, has a great sense of humor, and enjoys celebrating holidays by eating the yummy food her foster mom makes. Leydy is so fun to be around and is on her way to be a very successful young adult.
