Quameer is heading off to college and he would love to have a mini-fridge for his dorm room. It will be his first time living on his own in a college dorm, and having his own refrigerator to keep his food cold will make him feel responsible. Having a mini-fridge would also be one less item that Quameer's guardian will need to purchase.

Quameer is a young man who has spent most of his life in foster care. Even though he has lived through adversity, he has focused on the positive. He is intelligent, resilient, helpful, friendly, and talented. He is a positive role to his twelve siblings. Mr. Daniels is attending life skills to work on becoming independent. Quameer is attending high school, and his future goal is to study media photography.
