Throughout high school, she had to frequently borrow her teacher’s calculator to complete her math assignments, grappling with the stress of not having her own. The simple act of owning her own calculator would provide her with a sense of stability and empowerment as she transitions to college, allowing her to work through her assignments at her own pace.

Tianna is a proud graduate who is prepared for college while navigating the complexities of being in the foster care system.
