Helen is excited to participate in the New Jersey Trooper Youth Week Program staring on July 22nd as Helen dreams of pursuing a career in law enforcement. This Target gift card will assist Helen with purchasing items needed for the overnight program such as a pack of shorts for the physical training program, khaki pants, and khaki shorts and a required alarm clock without a radio to be fully prepared for this life changing experience. The program requires all participants to bring the exact same items to promote cohesiveness and Helen is struggling to secure all of the required items in such a short turnaround time!
Helen is 18 years old and lives in NJ
Helen is a dedicated teenager in foster care who balances a part-time job with her schoolwork, where she excels. She aspires to attend college and pursue a career in law enforcement. Ambitious and determined, Helen is focused on achieving her goals.
