Brie is an aspiring chef. She is insanely talented and loves to create her own recipes. Lately, she has been experimenting with making her own milk and would love this handy machine to help make the work less labor-intensive. This milk maker will open up so many other avenues for Brie, and she cannot wait to start making her own milk at home!
Brie is 32 years old and lives in NY
Brie is a member of CASA-NYC's Youth Leadership Council. She spends her time advocating for youth who are still in foster care. Brie has aged out of care, but is still involved in the foster community. She transitioned from foster care to live independently around the time she turned 21 years old and has remained in her own apartment for several years. Her home has been a safe haven for many of her friends that have become like family as they've navigated the foster care system too. Brie's passion is cooking! She wants to be a chef when she gets older. Her favorite thing to cook is backed mac and cheese. She is working part-time as a pastry chef in Queens making delicious deserts and pastries.
