Clothes for Katelyn to celebrate her birthday

Katelyn's birthday is coming up and she would really like new clothes. She would love to update her wardrobe and be dressed to impress when she walks into school this fall. Katelyn is going into the 9th grade and wants to be able to fit in with her school friends and feel more self-confident. Katelyn was recently returned to placement with her father who has limited means to provide new clothing. This wish has been split into two parts to help Katelyn get what she needs for school. This is wish 2 of 2.
Katelyn is 15 years old and lives in FL
Katelyn is very special because she is caring and has a bubbly personality. She enjoys spending time with her dad and going fishing at the lake to catch bass, as well as trying to catch trout in the ocean. Recently, Katelyn was placed with her father.
