Jada resides in a home for young women who have aged out of foster care. While at home, she is diligently preparing for independent living. Jada is gradually gathering items she will need for her new apartment. She is concerned because she lacks the essentials for living independently and worries this might impede her success. Having some household items will boost Jada's confidence as she prepares to move into her own place, making her feel well-prepared and ready to thrive in independent living!

Jada is adventurous and intelligent! She has a passion for plants and anything green. Although she can be reserved and quiet at times, she sometimes experiences bursts of energy that make her the life of the party. Jada’s personality is truly remarkable, and everyone loves her! When Jada was 11 years old, she and her sisters were placed in care by their adoptive family. Now that she has aged out of the foster care system, Jada is living in a home for young women who have transitioned out of care. Here, she is learning the skills necessary for independent living.
