This weekly routine is physically exhausting and time-consuming. She could use a shopping cart to make it easier to take care of errands. A shopping cart would significantly ease Nadirra's burden. With a cart, she could easily transport her groceries home, reducing the physical strain and allowing her to make fewer trips.
