Destiny has wanted a pair of Nike Air Force 1 sneakers for the past few years, but they are out of her clothing allowance budget. While she is disappointed in herself, she is still happy to see her friends get them. She was walking through the mall the other day and saw several styles she loved. For her birthday this year, she is hoping to open a box with her very own special sneakers in them.
Destiny is 14 years old and lives in ME
Destiny is an amazing girl with big blue eyes and an infectious smile. She loves to wear dresses...the bigger the better! She says, "it is very important to always look your best because if you look your best, it makes it easier to act your best". Destiny loves to draw, color, play paper dolls and Barbies, and loves to use her imagination. She has suffered at the hands of many adults in her young life, but that has not diminished her capacity to care for others. She loves to be with people and wants nothing more than a family to love her and keep her safe, a family to call her own.
