A Target shopping spree for Cooper for back to school

Cooper has met many challenges this summer. It was discovered that he has Legg–Calvé–Perthes disease (LCPD), which is a childhood hip disorder initiated by a disruption of blood flow to the head of the femur. Due to the lack of blood flow, the bone dies and stops growing. His surgeries have left him needing new styles of clothing to work with his casts and braces. He will still be healing at the start of the school year and really wants to feel comfortable in some new clothes and shoes.
Cooper is 9 years old and lives in PA
Cooper is a sweet boy with lots of energy who is living with his grandparents since he was 3 months old when his parents ran into substance abuse issues. Despite the challenges he's faced, he remains cheerful and active. His grandparents provide a stable and loving environment for him and his brother. Cooper loves playing outdoors and loves playing soccer! However, recently Carter was diagnosed with perthes disease that now has him confined to a wheelchair. His brothers keep him busy, but its tough for this little guy to not be able to move around with them.
