Darren is currently placed in a residential facility an hour and 30 minutes from home. His father does not have reliable transportation to transport him home on weekends for visits. Darren has gone almost two months without being able to see or interact with his dad. Darren wishes for a tablet with a camera that he can use to video chat with his dad, which will help him succeed in his program and keep the family connected.

Darren has struggled with mental health issues due to childhood trauma from a young age. Darren is =placed in a residential facility. He is a pleasant boy but often cannot handle the rage inside him and lashes out in inappropriate ways, which is understandable but inappropriate. Darren loves what all kids his age like: video games, YouTube, and TikTok. He likes to play basketball and even enjoys playing board games. He is very smart and does well in school.
