Thomas wants to look and feel his best when he returns to school in the fall. He really wants a new pair of sneakers that he doesn't need to tie to wear to school. Thomas is still working on his hand-eye coordination, which will allow him to tie his own shoes. He is working really hard, but in the meantime, he would love a comfortable pair of Velcro sneakers he can play and learn in. Thomas and his mother continue to be displaced, waiting for their forever home together.
