Jayden's birthday is just around the corner! He's a big Pokémon fan and is really looking forward to getting some Pokémon cards so he can have fun trading with his friends. It's going to make his day extra special!
Jayden is 13 years old and lives in CO
Jayden has been through so much at a very young age he is currently living with a family member due to being homeless. Although he does not have any contact with his parents, he always very joyful, responsible, happy kid.
