Jac is growing more and more each day. He will be starting preschool soon and he is in need of new clothes that will fit him properly. New clothes would help boost his confidence and give him a sense of pride.
Jac is 3 years old and lives in NJ
Jac is a strong little guy whose will and determination gives him the ability to thrive. He was born with a hole in his heart and is also presently undergoing a series of corrective surgeries for his club foot. Though the things that most of us don’t give a second thought of slow him down; his will and determination truly show that he has the heart of a champion.
