He is very academically driven and finds that school can be a source of control and stability while dealing with so much uncertainty in his life. A new pair of shoes means one less thing to worry about and will help him start the year off strong and ready to learn. He also likes to look his best!

Isaiah is a bright, hardworking, and resilient kid. He currently lives at a children and teens shelter and has had to deal with the uncertainty of his placement for a long time. His education is extremely important to him and he works really hard to be the thriving academic student he is. He loves to play baseball and has expressed an interest in going into Juvenile Justice as a lawyer. Isaiah doesn’t have a lot of stability in his life so he works hard to be the best version of himself and fights to create that stability and success for himself.
