PA DHS - Lebanon CountyKandy is such a delightful young lady who is learning how to live independently and take care of her own apartment, which is pretty impressive. She's doing really great in school and has a passion for both drawing and exercising.
Kandy has an infant daughter who needs some walking shoes. She has the daughter with her in the foster placement and does a great job caring for her child. These walking shoes would take some of the stress off of Kandy's parenting and allow her to experience more of the pleasure of her infant daughter learning to walk.
