Teresa has talent and dedication for cosmetology. She loves to do her hair and nails, as well as do different hairstyles for different individuals in the foster home. As Teresa is looking towards her future, she is considering going into cosmetology for a career path. With the nail set, Teresa will be able to practice her nail art skill before applying for a cosmetology program, if possible, while she is still in high school.

Teresa has a long history of AWOLing, and drug use. This drug use has been a lifelong issue, and an issue that is generational that has perpetrated and normalized by her biological family. Teresa has been doing very well in her current foster home, with no issues of attempted AWOLing. Teresa has been sober for multiple months and is passionate about getting a sponsor to encourage her on her sobriety journey. Teresa is dedicated to being on her continued journey of recovery and working towards moving forward from her history. Teresa has a passion for nail art, hair, and all things cosmetology. She is very gifted in this area!
