J’La is a very sweet young lady. She recently went into guardianship, but then the guardianship dissolved, so she is back in foster care with her older sister. J’La never lets her life circumstances get in the way of her mood. She enjoys being active and going to the pool over the summer. She is always looking for opportunities to go out into the community. J’La is working at Amigos, which was her first job, and she said she enjoys working.

J’La was recently placed in foster care with her sister after her aunt's guardianship was dissolved. She is working on setting up her room to make it her own; currently, she only has a bed and dresser. She would like to get a cube organizer to help organize her things so her room will be less cluttered and feel more like a room.
