Charlie's baby brother was born a few weeks ago. He is so excited to be a big brother. One of Charlie's favorite things to do with his aunt is go on walks through their neighborhood. He can't wait to take his baby brother along with him and show baby brother all of his favorite places to stop!

Charlie was removed from his parents' care and placed in the kinship resource home of his paternal aunt, where he has thrived! He is a curious, happy baby who smiles and loves interacting with those around him.
