Timothy needs some new developmental toys because he is growing up. He enjoys toys that sing and make music. Timothy learns quickly while playing. He would really like the whack-a-frog game, as it will help him develop his motor skills while playing and also provide an opportunity for him to bond with his foster parents.

Timothy is a very sweet boy. He is becoming more alert and aware of his surroundings. He smiles a lot and loves being rocked by his foster mom. Timothy only cries when he needs something and comforts easily by being hugged and rocked. Timothy is a big eater and loves to sleep. He loves having calming music in the background.
