Leah is living on her own but has found that the assistance from the state as well as some of the support she gets financially is not enough to cover anything extra outside bills and food. She is currently wearing a pair of shoes that are too small and is hoping for a brand new pair that she gets to pick out on her own.

Leah has recently aged out of the foster care system and now has her own place. She is doing really well and enjoys working at a local restaurant while attending school part-time. She is a kind-hearted individual who has faced many challenges in her life and is determined to graduate from college and secure a full-time job in the years to come.
