Halloween costume for William to feel comfortable trick or treating

William struggles with sensory needs. Many times different fabrics cause him to be uncomfortable and fussy. By allowing him a chance to go to the store and touch the costumes himself he can choose one that will be soft to wear. H&M costumes are made more like regular clothing so they will also be better for him and allow him to have fun without being bothered by the feel!
William is 2 years old and lives in PA
William is a super sweet guy that has been in foster care since he was born. He has some special needs and receives loads of services! His foster family has been doing amazing to meet his unique needs. He is learning to walk but does suffer from a visual impairment that makes this a challenge. Doctors also believe he has a seizure disorder and will require more in-depth treatment in the months to come.
