Jada is a very resilient young person who has been living in resource care for years. Jada's caregivers have struggled with substance use issues, mental health, and housing insecurity. They have not been able to provide a safe and stable home for her for many years. Despite having this history, Jada aspires to become a mechanic and would one day like to own her shop. Jada loves her Puerto Rican heritage and is proud of who she is and where she has come from.
