Josh is an artist who enjoys painting, drawing, and writing. Currently, he is working on a memoir that doubles as a cookbook. This book will include stories about the origins of the dishes, as well as the adventures and discoveries he made while creating or finding them. To help with this project, Josh has been receiving guidance from a mentor named Mike Mattesi. In October, both Josh and his colleague will be in Los Angeles at the same time. Josh plans on attending the Light Box Expo, an annual conference for illustrators and animators in Pasadena. Since all of their sessions have been conducted over Zoom, he thought it would be a great opportunity for them to finally meet in person. The conference will also provide a wonderful chance for Josh to connect with others who share his interests.
