Since last year, her feet have grown two sizes, and she needs a new pair of sneakers to keep up with her teammates on the court. However, she faces a challenge: her parents can’t afford to buy her the basketball sneakers she needs. Without them, she'll struggle to compete.
Emily is 14 years old and lives in NJ
Emily is an honor roll student who loves science. She hopes to become a scientist when she gets older. She has three younger siblings. She also enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Spike and Benny. Emily's favorite getaway place is the beach during the summers.
