To obtain a name change in the court order, she needs to publish her request in the local newspaper, per CA law. Though filing fees can be waived, publishing fees are non-waivable. This wish would cover the publishing fees and allow for Magdalena to process her name change request.

Magdalena is a bright young lady who is excited about a fresh start. She would like to pursue a college education. In her free time, she loves to take her dog to the park and draw. She also loves to travel and explore Los Angeles. Magdalena is really close with her younger sister and her nephew.
