A shopping spree will give him a fresh start and help him feel confident as he starts this new phase of his life.

Julian is an adorable little man. He loves cars and bath time! He has the sweetest little whisper voice and a smile that can brighten anyone's day. He’s always ready to cuddle until you get him outside and then he’s all go, go, go! He spends most of his time playing with his big siblings and racing his Hot Wheels around the living room!
