Aroura is working hard to make her room feel like home, but all she has is a mattress on the floor. She wishes to have nightstands in her room. Aurora is doing everything she can to make it work so she can stay with her mom. It will be a long road, but she is resilient and up for the challenge.
Aroura is 16 years old and lives in MO
Aurora is excited to be back home with her mom in their small town after being away for almost two years. She had been struggling with several mental health diagnoses that made it almost impossible for her to live at home. Her mom had to make a difficult decision to get her the help she needed, but the family is finally on track together. Aurora acknowledges that it's going to be hard work, but she's determined to stay at home.
