Donald is turning 19 very soon and is excited to spend time with his brother. His family wants to take him to Target to pick out an outfit to celebrate his birthday. Afterward, they will have dinner with his mom and dad. Donald wants to be dressed to impress and is looking forward to having the best birthday yet!

Donald has been in the foster care system for quite some time. He was adopted but things did not work out with his adoptive family and he was put back into the foster care system. Donald has had a lot of ups and downs throughout his life. He is trying to do his best and get good grades and figure out the next steps toward a good future.
