Mattie wishes for a pair of Under Armour sneakers to wear to PE. This will get her running feet to moving and allow her to keep up with the other kids while playing soccer. This will help her enjoy PE time a lot more and take out the dread she has for it.
Mattie is 8 years old and lives in NC
Mattie is a sweetheart who has come so far since coming into care. Weekly therapy, a lot of nurture, care, and consistency has made a big difference in her life. An adoption plan is in place for her and she is really looking forward to her new name. She loves stuffed animals, hugs, and being around others. Her favorite colors are pink and purple.
