Furniture for Rose who moved into a new space after couch hopping

Posted Sep 18, 2024
Rose recently graduated from Rutgers University. She had been couch-hopping since moving off of campus, but she recently moved into her own one-bedroom apartment. Rose currently works two jobs but is still struggling financially as she begins to live independently. Rose is in need of essential items for her new apartment, including a futon, coffee table, bureau and microwave. Rose is an extremely caring, creative, and kind person and is hesitant to ask for help, although she really needs these items as she does not have any savings to draw upon. This request has been split into two wishes to allow for a successful shopping trip! This is wish 2 of 2.

Rosemarie is 23 years old and lives in NJ

Rosemarie is a young person who knows their worth. They are incredibly independent and resilient as a result of their experiences in foster care. Rose has graduated from Rutgers Camden with a BA in General Science. When they were in high school, they got their Culinary Arts certification, and loves to cook for their friends. They are very creative and loves drawing (especially anime!) and playing video games.
