Laila is putting in a lot of effort at school. She is enrolled in a program that she really enjoys and that is helping her prepare for the future. Her favorite part of school is going on field trips. The next trip is visiting the dog pound to see how they can help. Laila has had a great month at school! Her teacher only had positive things to report, and Laila is proud of her progress. Her favorite store is Target, and she would love to go there to pick out some favorite treats and a new stuffed animal to celebrate her hard work.

Laila is a sweet, energetic young lady! She loves Katy Perry, Fortnight, spicy foods and dogs. Laila is placed with her adult sister and the two of them share a special bond. Laila is developmentally delayed, but this doesn't stop her from reaching her goals. Her sister encourages her to try her best and they love to celebrate successes together.
